High Purity Silicon Metal

ABSCO is a supplier of high purity silicon metal ranging from 99.5% - 99.9999% purity. Working with a major EU producer we are able to offer material in the form of chunks or as carefully controlled powder size fractions. The higher purity grades can also be doped with Boron or Phosphorus according to individual demand. Typical applications include alloying, battery anodes, sputtering targets, solar cells, plasma spraying, 3D printing, pyrotechnics, energy devices, ceramics and as raw material for production of high purity silicon carbide, silicon nitride and molybdenum silicide.
